Guatemaltecos en Oklahoma is an organization that helps promote Guatemalan businesses and keep the culture alive within Oklahoma! Last year they also had a pageant, but I only did the flyers for them! This year thought I was way more involved! Starting from creating the logo that you see!
They asked for the logo to be simple, as their normal logo for the organization as a whole is pretty detailed!
Of course the first step to getting the event out there is to promote it! we released flyers in both English and Spanish!
we also had tickets for the event!
We thought it be cool for there to be a backdrop where people can take pictures, so we had this image sent off to become our backdrop!
I also had to put together a slide show that was displayed on a big screen, the two images above are examples! As well as an animated version of the logo, to keep it on repeat while the screen wasn't in use.
